For anyone who thinks they may be intolerant to grains other than wheat, barley and rye, or to all gluten in all grains, nutritonist Micki Rose's Truly Gluten Free site is a mine of information and an absolute 'must read'.

Her article, Gluten: No grain, no pain, here on the CM site, is a good introduction to why stopping wheat, rye and barley may not be enough to avoid gluten.
